Well - I haven't seen anything in the local news (GN, 7Days etc) about this...

Surely all these supposed new rules would be in the English language papers that the expats frequent and not the 'local Arabic Daily - Al Emarat Al Youm' which 99.9% of expats have never heard of... Yes, a useful publication to put this information in
