Here's the thing:
Hungary is a member JAA state BUT the Hungarian CAA failed every single audit for becoming fully recognized for FCL purposes. So, in reality hungarian pilot licences prevent hungarian pilots from stepping into the EU pilot workforce. At the same time other EU/JAA/EASA pilots are free to enter the hungarian pilot workforce market.
Therefore hungarian pilots are very fustrated righfully so.
The reason beeing not their inaptitude as they are good as any other pilot in the world, but the incompetency of hungarian politicians and lawmakers.
