BKK is going to be your best option, large number of Freighter operates using the airport.
Its unlikely your going to be able to travel with the horses unless you have the credentials of a trainer.
The only thing is they are probably going to want to go through an agent due to payment etc.
I'm not sure if HKT has the Eqpt i.e. M/deck highloader at the airport?
