I don't know if I am stating the bleedin obvious here but......
With all email trtoubleshooting it is worth sending stuff to yourself and examing the problem first hand.
Maybe the people you sent to before do not know how to handle attatchments. perhaps there are filenameing problems...
At least this way you can see what everyone else got.
