A bit harsh on 'IbelieveIcanJudgeaCityinOneWeek' who is obviously a superman who saw every part of the City and Country in 1 week!!
He was probably bemused by the Roman ruins at Leptis Magna and Sebratha and mistook them for modern housing developments. An easy mistake to make
I'm sure he also took time to drive out to the mountains at the back of Jefren and Garian (not sure of the spellings) to see Libya away from the City and to appreciate a different and hard way of living.
Of course I might be wrong
