Looks like NAS no longer care to honour any contracts they have with Pilots or Cabin Crew.
Cabin crew told that they can now resign with 1 day notice, but the agreement is reciprocal and they can terminate you with 1 days notice.
Pilots told that old contract will all be gone and will be forced, or leave, to sign new ones. New ones are longer times in Saudi, time off unpaid, only 2 return tickets per year, LESS MONEY.
Time to polish the CV up
