avicon , your Class 1 is from which country ? If it is from FAA and it is expired , it would be highly advisable to get it renewed. You can do it in Mumbai , check the FAA website for authorised AME's here.

As for CA35 form , it is a simple paper which the chief medical examiner gives you at the END of your Indian Class 1 exam stating that your are fit (or unfit along with reason) with recommendations.

It is a stop gap proof that you have cleared your medical till your official Class 1 assesement comes from DGCA by post months later.
