To trigger the Out / Off / On / In logic depend on your A320 ATSU's AOC software setting, if your A320's AOC uses AIRBUS standard, then trigger the Out when airpalne is all doors closed and parking released, trigger the "Off" when airplne is in air mode, trigger the "On" when landing grear touch GND and compressed, trigger "IN" when airplane is one or more doors opened and parking break setted.
