Fairly typical. Nobody wants to see anyone 'shafted'. It's just time that BASSA and the Crew lived in the woke up and realised that they have done well over the past 15 years clinging on to market leading T's & C's. Very few people begrudge that fact. The job has, however, changed and hence the cushy little number that some, not all, of the CC are on has to change as well.
The 'sod you lot, we are all off on strike' will just earn you the loss of a job and early employment for the 'hold pool' recruits.
