"Councillors on the joint planning committee are expected to approve a 10,000 hectare development to the east of Luton, mainly on Hertfordshire Green Belt, as well as approve a northern bypass into the county. They will also decide on whether to adopt proposals for an eastern bypass to Luton airport, again into Herts."
