I enjoyed this post immensely! I thought it was very informative and an excellent overview of OEI obstacle performance engineering.

I also have a PDF copy of CAO AirOps Doc 7401 - Final Report on the Standing Committee on Performance, dated 1954 which is the origin of most the transport airplane performance rules.
