Dropping like flies?

- Macair
- SAW

Hardly count it as dropping as flies, it was mooted for ages of both of those were heading... Damn journo's never liked them

I dont think saw was mooted since ages for dropping,

there was a plan, albeit ill planned,

dj was committed,he put his familly money,
he trained lots of people for his plan to succeed,
he wanted to succeed,as a young entrepreneur,
he trusted too much those in positions,

but he relied too much on his key blinded managers to advise him,
in the end they all let him to the creek,
specially cane toad, brown snake and Imam,

there was enough work,
there was good contracts,
there was enough trained staff,
there was adequate equipment,

problem was

bad marketing on routes,
bad on time performance,
bad a/c maintenance,
bad engineering management,
too many aogs,
too much broken a/cs,
bad documents and control,
bad air safety management,
bad staff recruitment,
over staffed,
over office spaced,
too many gadgets,
too much ego,
too much arrogance,
wrong fleet type choice,

unfortunately things went sour with the global crisis,
since the last months of 2008,
cio and lawyer left in fear,
bills started not being paid,
so as any businessman,he did what you do in panic,

stuff everyone, and get out of it quickly after cleaning the cupboard,
deceit all the staff, even his own managers,
remember he also is a human being,
and in these circumstances, his animalistic qualities start showing up,
those who know him for long know he was never the sk*se type.

lucky also he did not do a Sk*se to Tim*r.

remember if there was no global crisis,we could all have been busy working
and for some rorting the system,
some in Perth, some in Darwin.. Cairns...etc...
counting per diems, watching you tube, surfing the iphones, downloading songs and videos, looking at spreadsheets and RAL all day.

some sitting in front of twin screens making a facade of looking busy.
and just look at the minutes of the Tim*r *ir planning.

but now the reality for most mums and dads is to recover those legal due entitlements from him and his shadow companies.

I am not a fan of DJ but we must also put blame to the first line managers
who did all the sour cooking.

And bring us to this situation today.

In fact they are also now leaning on our shoulders and crying together.
