Dry Lease (in this case) = ABX Crews remain furloughed/on the street and another Airline using their crews operate the aircraft, translation not a good thing for ABX crews.
This also means fewer assets at ABX for ABX crews to return to.
This simply says that ABX is disposing of aircraft and not a good sign of things to come for ABX crews.
