In my opinion, unless there are some serious assetts to be sold like when AN went under, and there is a remote chance of getting the staff entitlements, then you are wasting time and money even chasing that.
I thought the introduction of the GEERS scheme was exactly because of the debacle following the ANSETT collapse, when staff where left at the end of the que for entitlements. I thought the Government gauranteed the payment of salary, holiday pay and redundancy entitlements? Are you saying that the Govt will not pay? That would make me very upset.
