Sadly we get next to zero direct overheads where I live nowadays either. I suspect it has something to do with far too many folk with far too much money around here having little else to do with their time than trotting around all day on assorted horses and having complained to the MOD. Any passes now are normally to either side of the village.
I recall a gorgeous and very calm summers day about fifteen years back when I was in my garden and there was a fast and low pass right above me. A few seconds, later the distinctive smell of kerosene wafted across my nostrils. Superb.
