Try getting in contact with the guys at Oxford Aviation (GFS) - Moorabbin. They have a tidy fleet of brand new (2007) cessnas and run the place very much like an airline.
They might quote you a little more than most places at Bankstown for example but IMO, is well worth it if you have the spare $$.
