Got to question if DTV and DSA were producing good yields. They had already cut the number of weekly flights to 4 for the winter at DSA, i believe DTV had 4 for a while now. Perhaps if they were doing ok they wouldnt have cut them altogether.
Seems they are both secondary airports as EMA, LBA and NCL all have better services to DUB.
