Five, ten or even twenty ex staff members attending the Creditor's Meeting may not give you enough "voice and votes".
You need numbers! Someone should be carrying the Proxy votes for those who can not attend and a responsible person with some knowledge of administration and liquidation procedures should hold the Proxies and be appointed staff spokesman.
Sorry to rain on your parade, but it is not the Administrator's task to "put the Directors behind bars" or even "grill" the Directors (at least not publicly).
The Administrator's task is to investigate the companies financial position, recover funds and assets and pay creditors in accordance with legal priority.
The Directors may not even attend the meeting as they are out of the picture and the Administrator is now solely responsible for the company - or what is left of it.
Put all those thoughts of differences and vengence aside, that is yesterdays news! You are attending the meeting solely to maximise and expedite payment of your entitlements. You have the right to question the relationship between the company in Administration and the related entities not under external management and the right to vote on any proposed arrangements.
