You're going to have
SO much fun at IOT if you're this stressed about your boot laces! Just do them up and relax a little. And of course play the game but don't let people convince you that this kind of thing is REALLY important.
PS in the future you can refuse to supply boots to anyone thus preventing anyone else going through what you're going through
