regarding composite paper!!

i would like to know how to go about preparing for the navigation composite exam of dgca coz i have given a number of attempts and all the exams according to me were good and i hv always lost because of 2 to 3 marks except for this time around i lost with a huge margin wen i expected to clear.............how should i prepare for the exam and can i get sample question papers or a good amount of questions that would be helpful for the exam.............
also i would like to know what books to refer to.........????i dont have money to pay and clear the exam and i m capable of working hard do guide me..........waiting for ur reply will b obliged if u can guide me in the right direction so tht i can clear the april attempt exam
