spare a thought for those who are still flying around in piston engine aircraft for a measley 30k a year!
I understand the point you are trying to make however don't be fooled into thinking that living in HKG on an SO's salary provides you any better a lifestyle.
HKG is a very expensive place to live especially if you have a family.
