Spoke to Farnborough whilst out on a jolly today, seems 95% of people that called in already used the new terminology and they kindly steered the occasional "request flight/radar information service" callers into the new terminology.
What I have tried to find is a single page synopsis from the official websites so I can print and bung on my clipboard. Can't find one anywhere. Does anyone have a link as I can't be bothered to cut and paste the ATCSOCA stuff onto a single sheet
