If jobs are being advertised on Norfolk Island then they would presumably be regulated by N I legislation and the levels of pay offered would fall under this legislation. Levels of pay available on N I are generally lower than those offered on mainland AUS because of the exemption, residents of NI receive, from paying AUS income tax.
You would of course be aware of this if you live on N I.
