West Jet in Calgary have NG sims. It's unlikely they'll sell you the training but there are those out there who could do your training. The problem is, though, WJ may have their sims running 24 hours a day and they may not be available for dry lease.
Without babbling on, if you have an FAA license, why not do your NG in the States and convert your FAA to Canadian. Then you can have them put your NG type rating on your Cdn license without the hassle of looking for the training up here.
