I don't know how long you have been in Ryanair, & I assume you did your homework before joining ? does any of this REALLY surprise you ? come on . . . big recession / business model perhaps not performing as well as they would like / market flooded with experienced & type rated pilots . . . really . . what did you expect ?
Me ? well I ain't rejoicing , but lets be honest, they could have shoved the broomhandle even further and who would have stopped them ? tell me ?
Simple answer, when things get better get out, like anyone else with imagination & the opportunity.
For now though ? well ,if you continue like this you are just going to **** your ECG & give yourself grey hair. . . chill out, you didn't sign a life-time contract.
What happens here only matters if you stay, and that ain't your plan, right ? if not, why not ?
