If you aren't already, some of the best prep you can do before you apply is to spend some time reading through this thread. Even reading maybe 5/10 pages at a time will pretty much cover everything you will come across for all the stages of the selection process, especially stage 1. Everyones opinions and experiences combine to give a rounded picture of what its like... It'll be well worth the time
