Nice one, 411A, but sadly not true for many airfields.. well, not in the UK anyway.
Perhaps this is a little misleading. Certainly up to 3 or 4 years ago - and maybe still the case - the rules said that all UK airports with ATC had to have a signalling lamp...but Heathrow was exempted from this.
