Let us just hope that the maintenance status of the 170 and 190 is better than it was for the two 145s. Those two were supposed to ferry out earlier this week, but found not acceptable for hand-back to the lessor, due to maintenance not done/incorrectly done/not documented or whatever. CASA WHERE ARE YOU? WHERE WERE YOU?
are you 100% sure on that?

what can CASA do, they are not flying so as far as CASA are concerned there are no laws broken because SAW are not flying. They are not putting any lives at risk. Why? Because they are not flying.
