Loco's rules regarding pregnancy

Hello,

I know that this issue has been discussed in earlier threads, but this is something that we're experiencing and don't really have an answer..
So, in short, a pregnant CC ( 2 months pregnant ) decides not to fly anymore becouse of the obvious risks, the company is low-cost - that means they can't provide any job on ground, the country legislation doesn't mention anything clear about situationes such as this...
At this point, the company said they can't help me out with a job on ground becouse they don't have any...and that would create a precedent and more CC will come out pregnant!!!.. My doctor can not give me anymore sick days, becouse of the legislation...it could work out if some investigation comitee decides that my pregnany is with high risk, but it's not the case. So,i'm stuck...
Those who have been through similar cases share how you and the company ( prefarably company's that don't have any ground services ) dealt with the situation..

I know it really depends on the country and laws of work...but i think this is turning out to be quite a big problem in the future, as many company's are getting rid of their ground services, due to internet procedures,etc...and the no. of CC are obviously rising with the no. of a/c ...

I know it's not all very clear right now, i will try to elaborate in the future posts, and will let you know what happens next!

Regards,
K.
