Can see both points of view here,and both opinions are correct,its just that your view obviously differs according to what situation you're in.
No doubt grizzler would look back if he lost his job and couldnt get another,with a different attitude and be quite prepared to accept the different shift pattern...but hes not in that position right now and well within his rights not to want his shifts changed....All a matter of perspective
