Indeed, and if you are 340 rated (as you are if I remember ? ) no pesky bonds or TR's to pay for.
My other half is Romanian & therefore I have visited the country. Most of the positions seem to be there, I would recommend visiting the country yourself before making a decision. There is bad . . . and also good, but it isn't everyones cup of tea.
As you have done the RYR thing you know lo-cost (or locost as the French call it. . . maybe not without reason
