Well suitcaseman, you may have been flying in Africa for the last God knows how long, good for you, but I'm sure the internet wasnt invented then(sorry to rub it in). Thankfully for the new generation, it has been invented. So in the words of my CRM instructor, use all the resources available to you. The guy wants recent advice, thats what I've given him, and also gave him an example of guys who I flew the dash with who never stepped foot in Africa but used the internet effectively.
