A couple of minor points...
Nitrogen molecules should be smaller than oxygen, MW=28 vs 32.
There ain't no such a thing as -298 C.
How do they get it so dry? It probably comes from air and unmixing the water vapour should be an expensive process.
After an excellent landing you can use the airplane again.
