Agree with pug that anything this lot say needs to be taken with pinch of salt.

EMA would make sense with Leicester community on face of it - though do you know ethnic breakdown, i.e. I know the population has an Asian ancestry, but is it weighted in any way India/Pakistan/Bangladesh? Also what competition is there from BHX to Pakistan?

Addition:

To answer my own question, after a lot of Googling, 28% of Leicester's population had non-British ancestry according to the 1991 census. Now here's the surprise: whereas 22% of the population had Indian ancestry, only 1% of the population had Pakistani ancestry. So perhaps that expected demand isn't there.

(Obviously if you live in or near Leicester, this won't be a surprise)

So maybe DSA could have a better locational advantage than EMA.
