Just a quick note for those thinking about converting ur JAA to IAA.
Once u have got ur type rating from SAS or CAE make sure u get it on ur JAA licence first before u get it converted.
It costs a whole lot less doing it that way rather than converting then ading it on to ur new IAA licence.....i only found this out when i was sitting in the IAA office n dublin....AAARGGGHHH !!!!!!
