I disagree as some have said that it's a vicious cycle re: terms and conditions. Life is what you make of it people, and if you go to those lesser conditions so be it! Personally I delayed my career progression to make more financially rewarding positions but as it seems many are not! 11 years for me to a jet and still don't regret a minute of it
