What route did you usually use? on the coast side? Morocco, Mauritania... ?
I understand that it's not easy to find avgas on most airports in sub-Sahara. Given the fact that you fly something that drinks mogas or jet fuel can you actually fly something small down to western Africa and live to tell the story?
What does it involve? Special airport fees? Restrictions? Special access on different airports?
If I could bring with me a light aircraft in Cameroon do you think that I could actually use it to tour the country, fly around or the airspace is not open for this kind of traffic?
