As I read it, the account of the facts as expressed by CaptainSandL would lead to a very different conclusion IN THE REPORT from one based on the very different account that has been published so far. You describe these differences as "any inaccuracies" as if it were a matter of correcting an isolated factual error. What CaptainSandL disputes is crucial to causal chain. Would the AAIB not already have taken such different accounts into consideration at this stage? That is exactly why I asked if CaptainSandL had discussed this with the AAIB.
