Airport technical information......good source?

What's a good source for worldwide airport information that's free, that has things like runways, lengths, approaches, local terrain features, airport diagrams, etc? I'm looking for a format similar to airnav.com, but for airports all over the world that airnav.com doesn't cover. For example, I'm looking for an on-line source that would have airport technical information for an "obscure" airport like BGBW, among others. I realize I could Google the 4 letter identifier for every airport I'm interested in and piece the information together, but was just wondering if there's a site out there that ties it all together.
