I've twice seen (at the same hangar) cascade foam systems set off by pulling a 727 into the hangar with the APU running. First time the hangar was rented out for an engine change and the new QEC was sitting on the floor. The RVR in the hangar went to about 20 feet. The foam and wiring harnesses don't get along so there was a change in plans that night.
