Why not perform a quick align of the ADIRS? Perhaps that will solve your passenger route map problem?
Aside from checking Ground speed, i'd also check the position monitor on the FMGC to check for any position error there.
I personally quick align every sector. If that doesn't solve your pax route problem then full aligns it is. You do have time after all
