Yeah, I notice something - do not land on water unless gear is retracted, water rudder up...flight operations, and gear pump, indicators and ancilliary fuses don't belong in a cub(!) Nor should a cub have 2 nosewheels.
I would presume the ski gear 'retracts' for landings on the less than snowy, and it uses repurposed water landing gear - the placards would be there for some obscure regulatory reason?
Oh, and you forgot to turn your transponder on...
