Vulcan Project on brink of closure:
Club Pledgathon in Leicester Square, London.
Wednesday 4th March 11am – 4pm

Last gasp attempt by Club to SAVE THIS BRITISH ICON
Vulcan to the Sky Club Supporters will be holding a Pledgathon in Leicester Square this Wednesday to highlight the plight of the project to the public. Focal point of the display will be a 10 foot long model, clearly demonstrating how advanced the design was for an aircraft first conceived in 1947.
The whole project is built around educating the youth of today, not only about the Cold War era, but the leading edge design and technology that went into developing this aircraft, thus inspiring young engineers and scientists - something this country badly needs.

All those who can make it to show your support will be very welcome.
