I wouldn't call it an unusual attitude either... Just someone having fun and getting a nice pic out of it! I've seen a lot "worse" (well over 45) in a Warrior!
Only "unusual" thing I did notice, (but sadly, something which is usually seen!) is on the climbout photo... Hardly any right rudder (look at the pedals and ball) and possibly making up for it by flying with the right wing down.
Pretty good rate of climb though (which I haven't seen in a while flying here in Arizona, as opposed to the UK where I was a long-term Sherburnite) and could be made better by knocking off those extra 5 or 6 kts you were carrying, and climbing at Vy.
