Peugot's site was sold, but the buyers were trying to get out of it/get some cash back last I heard - some sort of court case was going on. I think they bought it just before the crash. I think it was bought by the Barclay Brothers. Home Delivery Network are apparently moving their HQ and used the old Peugot buildings over Xmas as a depot - now it's all been demolished.
Edit: did some searching - barclay brothers were going to sell some of their stake in Ryton to Prologis... not sure whether it happened. Although the site was originally bought by a company called Trenport Investments... not sure what's going on with the site. As it's in Rugby district, any applications will done through rugby council.
I think there was some doubt the Prologis deal would go through as the company stopped expansion...
