I don't understand the argument of being uncomfortable. I too wear a helmet every day, I have worn mine for 10 hours straight, (Quick stop for lunch and pee) and carry on, with hot fuelings.
No worries, your hair needs a comb after, but that is it. Biggest deal was that the seats in the jetbox are soooooo darn uncomfortable.
