previous poster is very correct,

owning an airline is a very galmorous investment,
you would be surprised by the number of projects just in Australia in the pipeline,
if you have a mate in C*S* canberra,they can tell you of the amount of
enquiries they get from cashed up millionaires,about the easy/fast way to
get flying.
some do manage by indirect means,and within some time end up closing.

as most ex senior managers of dead airlines are usually young,they end up rehashed by mateship again somewhere else.

look at world aviation since the last 3 decades,and the same people show up
again in onother part of the world.

his applies to

directors,
managers,
admin staff,
traffic staff,
flt ops staff,
tech crews,
cabin crews,
engineers,
ground handlers, etc...

no one can stop dead wood being reused,because most deals are usually done in pubs or barbie parties.
