Infatti da JAR FCL1 Emendamento 7 punto 1.245:
(1) If a type rating or multi-engine
class rating has expired, the applicant shall
meet any refresher training requirements as
determined by the Authority and complete a
proficiency check in accordance with
Appendices 1 and 2 or 3 to JAR–FCL 1.240.
The rating will be valid from the date of
completion of the renewal requirements.
Non vengono effettivamente citati i cinque anni che invece cita l'ENAC. In realtà se dopo un anno non fai l'LPC ti scade, ma può essere rinnovato come sopra.
Il problema è che l'Authority che in Italia determina il training requirements è L'ENAC e se non sbaglio proprio in riferimento a questo ti dice che dopo 5 anni il requirement è la ripetizione di tutto il Type.
