If there´s no punishment angle nor any demands being made, this lawsuit is not worth the paper it´s printed on
Sometimes lawsuits are brought to court in order to bring public attention to a cause. Perhaps this is the intent? Considering the
"rampant cronyism and corruption, security lapses, and excessive “coziness” between the FAA and the airlines" extolled by the new "FAA Whistleblower Alliance", the reasons for failures to adequetely address recommendations by the NTSB are, IMHO, highly suspect.
