Of course he is, & why wouldn't he when it will hopefully give him some much needed work? I spoke to him this morning, & he said the water started flowing into the lake two days ago. Of course how much & for how long is anyone's guess. However people wanting to see it by air are going to be seriously limited in their choices of refuelling points, with no fuel available at Leigh Creek. And was also told yesterday that there is none available at Birdsville either, & they won't be getting any more in until the roads are open again.
